This is a very useful, and hard-to-find, solid-wire twisted-pair 15-foot cord, with 6-conductor modular plugs on each end.

Just cut one cord in half, and you'll have two cords with one plug on one end, and six wires on the other end.

It's great for making a transition between a surge protector and the three-line jacks in the NEC DS1000 phone system, and for a variety of other situations where you need to make a transition from a jack to a 66- or 110-type punchdown block.
